Welcome to Divine Mercy Home, a Christian residential group home in South Bend, Indiana, dedicated to providing compassionate, family-style care for seniors and adults who need support with daily living.

Our Leadership
Divine Mercy Home is managed by two licensed Physical Therapists with more than 30 years of combined experience serving the Michiana community.
Their extensive background in rehabilitation, senior care, and home-based support allows them to provide attentive oversight and personalized care in a safe and nurturing home environment.
